I see quite a few in Cornwall & Devon, but when you bear in mind I've done 2000 miles so far this month just at work (even with two days off), it's perhaps not surprising..

Will try to make more effort to at least remember the time so I can interrogate my dashcam...

I am such a klutz

Saw one last night, the one belonging to the friends who we picked up to go out for a meal with.. 🤦‍♂️

What a forgetful plonker!!!

And Mrs. PeteA had just seen them in the Glynn Valley today...

Am I allowed to post a picture of an XJ that I saw but didn't take, but was of the correct car.. though on a different day?...

This was taken by our very own @JayF in Bodmin, we actually saw it in Saltash the night before when we picked Jay and Mrs. JayF up to go out for a meal.. he, apparently, wasn't to be trusted to stay in the hotel room by himself and Mrs. JayF therefore insisted he came too.. other than that it was a very nice night out... 😁

His photograph now has pride of place at that particular Barnecutt's 'pin drop' on my pasty map..

I was just trying to figure out a witty smart 4rsed reply, then read your retort Jim.. you win!!... :ROFLMAO:

What's 'DIY' ?..

(Pete then does a quick Google.. )

Surely one pays someone to do those tasks?... o_O

Paying someone to search/Britannia/Google 'Yeoman' right now Jim... (y)

Back soon with the results...

I struggle going into a bay if there are cars on either side and I have to turn into the bay... I have to reverse in otherwise it takes me ages to turn in
Hence why fork lift trucks have the steering wheels at the rear.. ;)

There is also the safety aspect/s to take into consideration too.. it's better to reverse into a literally just passed and checked space and later drive out with better visuals, than it is to reverse out of a space having walked up the side of the car, got in, taken your coat off, put your seat belt on, started the car, selected reverse and then reverse using restricted visuals into an area that may well have changed significantly since you last 'saw' it...

Just saw '91 KW' in S.E. Cornwall, no piccy as I didn't have my phone with me.. and I wouldn't of posted it anyway due to a Leaper on the bonnet...

#POPCORNTIME.. 🍿...
🙃

More than the car probably Steve, bearing in mind the Leaper... ;)

My wife and I are off to north Wales tomorrow for a few days so if anyone sees a IRR SWB Portfolio heading that way it might be us.
I'll get me binoculars out, just in case..

Pete..
S.E. Cornwall... 😁

Tom appears to be getting more points than anyone that's actually on the forum!!.. 😁
