Hi guys
Got my XF 2016 (X260) about a year ago, and from day one the trunk lid is difficult to close: I need to literately bang it for it to properly close.. checked with the dealer and they said it is common on the 2016 XFs, that was the same for other brand new XFs available at the showroom.. this doesn't sound right in my opinion given the force which needs to be applied for the lid to close which might damage some other components: one of the vehicle at the dealer showroom had the rear camera fixture damaged most likely because of this.
Have you guys faced a similar issue? do you know of any recall made by Jaguar to address this? any advises on how to deal with this issue?
cheers
