Hi guys, First let me thank everyone who replies to this thread.
A present of Adamesh chrome rear light trims for my X350 arrived without any instructions (yes i have been in contact with them), they have double sided tape on the back, I am assuming that the old trims have to be removed from the light cluster before new ones are "fitted in minutes" (yeah right).
Presumably taped to the pre prepared surface of the light cluster surround currently hidden under the existing trims?
My existing rear left trim has almost detached itself however the rear right trim is unyeilding seemingly glued or heat welded to the light cluster.
If anyone has fitted the Adamesh trims I would like to know how to remove the old trims from the light cluster without damaging the light cluster surround.
Many Thanks

Hey jagslave, see you're thinking about the chrome light surrounds and getting them fitted.

My car had them when I got it, see below
To be honest I wasn't overly keen on them, never seemed to sit right no matter what I did, and basically just stuck over the existing trims.
Didn't improve the look of the car from my perspective at least.

Here she is without the trims, funnily enough as advertised on the Adamesh website ( without my permission, but a nice nod all the same )

in case you're wondering about the fronts too?

After ( Adamesh using to promote lower mesh grille ) without chrome headlight pieces

Other than that, can't help much more, sorry.

How about adding a couple of pics of your car and lets see her?

Cheers

When sticking, get it clean, really alcohol clean, get it warm and clamp it to death. I refixed one of my silver trims about 3 years ago and they are still on.
