Hi All.
I have just got myself back into a jag after a long break (XE Prestige 2.0d 180 manual) and im loving it. There is just one small issue that is bugging me which I'm hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction with. Iv'e looked through the posts but couldn't find anything that answered my question.
I have created an incontrol account and linked it to my car. I've downloaded the incontrol remote app which tells me my incontrol remote subscription has expired, it also gives me the option to renew the subscription. When I click on the renew subscription button, it takes me to shop.incontrol.jaguar, all good so far. I add the incontrol remote subscription to my basket and attempt to pay for it. At this point the site askes me to sign in to my incontrol account but, for some reason, it will not recognise my email or password. Its driving me nuts. I am most definitely entering the correct details and have even changed tge password.
If anyone could offer any advice it would be appreciated.
Thanks guys.
